Description: Life Reversal is a short 3D animated film created collaboratively by a team of four third-year students at Bournemouth University as our Final Major Project for the BA Computer Animation Art & Design course.
This page presents the final film alongside my personal production breakdown, documenting the areas I contributed to throughout the project, from pre-production and asset creation to lighting, rendering, compositing and final editing.
Synopsis: The Earth is on the verge of destruction due to severe industrial pollution. In a private illegal laboratory, a scientist is developing a Reversal Gun capable of reversing the age of any object. His original plan is to use the device on his rebellious, music-loving son, turning him back into a baby so that he can raise him again to share his passion for science. However, a ridiculous accident causes the Reversal Gun to become overloaded after being struck by its own laser. The resulting explosion reverses the age of the entire Earth, sending the planet all the way back to the age of the dinosaurs.
